The High Court of Cassation and Justice dismissed the petition filed by the plaintiff to transfer the case pending before the Bucharest Sector 2 Court, ruling that the challenge lacked merit and is final and unappealable. The dispute involved a request for the reassignment of a civil case, specifically Case No. 49502/300/2012, based on the plaintiff's invocation of legitimate suspicion against the lower court, while the Public Ministry and the absent defendants were cited in the proceedings. The Court rejected the application on the grounds that the grounds for suspicion were insufficient to justify disqualifying the competent court, thereby upholding the jurisdiction of the original tribunal.
