S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare a Dosarului nr. 8557/314/2013 al Judecătoriei Suceava, formulată de petenții B.L., B.S., T.F., M.T., S.T.

La apelul nominal nu se prezintă părțile, petenții și intimații Comisia Orășenească Cajvana pentru Stabilirea Dreptului de Proprietate Privată Asupra Terenurilor, Comisia Județeană Suceava pentru Stabilirea Dreptului de Proprietate Privată Asupra Terenurilor, P.I., P.M., B.L.
