S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare a Dosarului nr. 9374/271/2011 al Curții de Apel Oradea, formulată de petentul N.N.G.

La apelul nominal nu se prezintă părțile, petentul și intimații F.R., F.R.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror D.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
