S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții C.G. și C.I.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenții și intimatul S.I.

Se referă de magistratul-asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 2037/225/2011* al Judecătoriei Drobeta-Turnu Severin, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 21 noiembrie 2013.
