S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul I.G..

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul și intimații SC A.P.T. SRL și D.G.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul-asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 3779/109/2013 al Tribunalului Argeș, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 16 octombrie 2013.

Procurorul de ședință solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare ca rămasă fără obiect.
