S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul U.V.C.

La apelul nominal s-a prezentat petentul personal, lipsind intimata Comisia de Fond Funciar Mogoșești prin primar.

Ministerul Public a fost reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Magistratul asistent a făcut referatul cauzei, arătând că procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 30626/245/2012 al Judecătoriei Piatra Neamț, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 6 noiembrie 2013.
