The High Court of Cassation and Justice dismissed the request for a change of jurisdiction, resulting in no prevailing party regarding the transfer, with the decision being final and without appeal. The case involved a procedural motion filed by a petitioner to transfer Case No. 125/227/2010 from the Suceava Court of Appeal to a different jurisdiction, where all parties were absent and the Public Ministry represented the state's interest. The court rejected the request after analyzing the grounds for jurisdictional transfer, effectively maintaining the competence of the Suceava Court of Appeal to continue with the scheduled hearing, based on the procedural rules governing change of venue in Romanian civil procedure.
