S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC B.T. SRL.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenta și intimata SC S. SA Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș. Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la 5 decembrie 2013.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
