S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul I.C.

La apelul nominal a răspuns intimatul A.R. personal, lipsă fiind petentul și intimata A.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la 17 decembrie 2013.

Intimatul A.R. solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
