S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul U.V.C.

La apelul nominal a răspuns petentul personal, lipsă fiind intimata Comisia de fond funciar a comunei Mogoșești prin Primar.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la 4 decembrie 2013.

Petentul solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris, pe care le expune și oral.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
