S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții M.A., M.G.E., B.E.I. și B.M.G.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenții și intimații B.L. și B.F.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la 19 noiembrie 2013.
