S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC A. SRL.

La apelul nominal se prezintă, pentru petenta SC A. SRL, avocat C.E.E. și M.T., directorul societății, lipsă fiind intimatele G.V., SC M. SRL.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare are termen de judecată la data 22 noiembrie 2013.
