Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că strămutarea a fost legal timbrată, iar potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 10361/281/2012 al Curții de Apel Ploiești, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 19 iunie 2014.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
