Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei și arată că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 1017/243/2011 al Judecătoriei Hunedoara, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 3 iunie 2014, iar în timpul judecății a fost depusă dovada de plată a taxei de timbru de 4 RON, emisă de Primăria Hunedoara și timbrul judiciar de 0,3 RON.

Petentul solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele de bănuială legitimă invocate în scris.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
