Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că strămutarea a fost legal timbrată, iar potrivit programului de evidența informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la data de 18 iunie 2014.

Petenții M.M.V.P. și M.O., având pe rând cuvântul, solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris, pe care le susțin și verbal.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de admitere a cererii de strămutare.
