The High Court of Cassation and Justice dismissed the request for venue transfer filed by the applicants, with no further appeal possible. The dispute concerned a civil case pending before the Satu-Mare District Court for which the petitioners sought to change the competent court, but the court of session rejected the application following a motion to dismiss by the session prosecutor. The decision affirmed that the requested transfer was not justified, thereby maintaining the jurisdiction of the originally assigned court over the pending proceedings.
