Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 9/101/2014 al Curții de Apel Craiova, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost suspendat Ia data de 15 mai 2014.
