Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, litigiul care face obiectul cererii de strămutare are termen de judecată la data de 17 iunie 2014.

Petenta A.T. solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris, pe care le expune și oral.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
