S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 11775/233/2013 al Judecătoriei Piatra Neamț, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 4 martie 2034.

Petentul, a depus taxă judiciară de timbru în valoare de 4 RON și timbru judiciar în cuantum de 0,3 RON și a solicitat admiterea cererii pentru motivele invocate în scris și prezentate verbal.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public a solicitat respingerea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate verbal.
