The High Court of Cassation and Justice dismissed the request for the transfer of a case, ruling that no appeal lies against this decision. The dispute concerned a motion to transfer case No. 5/32/2014, originally pending before the Bacău Court of Appeal, Civil Section I, where the representative of the Public Ministry argued against the transfer. The court rejected the applicant’s petition, effectively denying the change of jurisdiction and keeping the matter with the original court, based on the procedural analysis of the transfer request and the opposition raised by the Public Ministry.
