The High Court of Cassation and Justice (Civil Section I) rejected as moot the applicants' request to transfer the civil case (Dosar nr. 7730/109/2013 of the Argeș Tribunal) to another court, because the underlying case had already been decided on 29 April 2014; the Public Ministry and the respondent had both argued for dismissal on that ground. The request sought a change of venue for the pending civil proceedings, but since the case was no longer pending, the transfer application had lost its purpose, and no appeal was available against this ruling.
