Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că cererea de strămutare este legal timbrată și comunicată intimaților. Totodată, se referă că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la 10 iunie 2014.

Intimații O.R., O.A., O.M., prin avocat R.T., solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare, apreciind că motivele de bănuială legitimă invocate de petent nu reprezintă motive de imparțialitate a judecătorilor. Depune la dosar un set de înscrisuri în sprijinul concluziilor.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare, ca nefondată.
