Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că cererea de strămutare este legal timbrată și comunicată intimaților. Totodată se referă că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, judecata dosarului a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost suspendată la 10 aprilie 2014.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare, ca nefondată.
