Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost declinat la data de 23 aprilie 2014, către Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție. Mai referă că cererea de strămutare este timbrată.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
