The High Court of Cassation and Justice dismissed the petition for the transfer (relocation) of Case No. 1688/326/2012, ordering that the case remain with the Toplița Court. The dispute involved a procedural application by the plaintiff to move the venue of an ongoing civil matter, where the public prosecutor argued for dismissal based on the fact that the hearing date was set for May 27, 2014. The decision was final and not subject to appeal, with the court denying the request to change jurisdictional competence.
