Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că strămutarea a fost legal timbrată, iar, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 1343/833/2013 al Judecătoriei Salonta, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 29 mai 2014.

Avocatul petenților solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris, pe care le expune și oral.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
