Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că strămutarea a fost legal timbrată, iar potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 1809/83/2013 al Tribunalului Satu-Mare, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 16 mai 2014.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
