The High Court of Cassation and Justice dismissed the petition for transfer of jurisdiction, ruling in favor of the Public Ministry and leaving the case pending at the original court of first instance. The dispute concerned a procedural request to move the litigation from the Botoșani Court to the Galați Court of Appeal, which the assistant magistrate noted already had a scheduled hearing date for the target case. The court found the transfer request unfounded and issued a final decision without appeal, denying the relocation of the case file.
