Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 1937/2/2014 al Curții de Apei București, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată acordat la 29 mai 2014.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public, solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare, ca neîntemeiată.
