Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 7202/306/2009 al Tribunalului Sibiu, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la 11 iunie 2014.

Petenta N.L.C., solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele de bănuială legitimă invocate în notele scrise și prezentate verbal.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public, solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare, ca neîntemeiată.
