Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, în dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită s-a amânat pronunțarea la data de 13 mai 2014. De asemenea, se referă și că, la data de 5 mai 2014, prin serviciul registratură, petenții, prin avocat au depus un set de înscrisuri în dovedirea cererii, iar Ia data de 13 mai 2014, s-a depus întâmpinare formulată de către intimata T.S.

Avocat L.M., în calitate de reprezentant al petenților, solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris și prezentate verbal.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public formulează concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare, pentru motivele expuse verbal.
