Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare are termen de judecată la data de 15 mai 2014.

Având cuvântul în dezbaterea cererii de strămutare, avocat T.N. solicită admiterea acesteia, astfel cum a fost formulată.

Avocat B.M.C. solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare.
