Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că la data de 5 mai 2014, petentui a depus la dosar prin serviciul registratură, completarea motivelor cererii de strămutare, precum și dovada achitării taxei judiciare de timbru și timbru judiciar. Potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat Ia data de 14 martie 2014.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare, ca rămasă fără obiect.
