Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la data de 11 iunie 2013.

Având cuvântul, avocat I.L. solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare.

Procuror L.V. pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
