Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are fixat termen la data de 14 iunie 2013.

Avocat P.D., pentru petenta, solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele expuse pe larg în cuprinsul cererii.
