Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termenul fixat la data de 28 mai 2013.

Se mai referă că, la data de 09 mai 2013, petenta, prin apărător ales, a depus cerere de judecare în lipsă și timbru judiciar, iar la data de 27 mai 2013 intimata a depus întâmpinare.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare formulate de petenta, pentru motivele expuse verbal.
