Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termenul fixat la data de 29 mai 2013.

Avocat N.E., pentru petenta, solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare și depune înscrisuri în dovedire.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare formulate de petenta, pentru motivele expuse verbal.
