Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că: cererea de strămutare este legal timbrată; potrivit evidenței informatizate a instanțelor E., Dosarul nr. 11525/197/2010 al Judecătoriei Brașov, care face obiectul cererii de strămutare, are termen de judecată la 31 mai 2013. De asemenea, învederează că prin grefa instanței la 16 mai 2013, petentul a depus la dosar o cerere olografa de renunțare la judecata cererii de strămutare, prin care arată că nu poate suporta financiar eventuala deplasare la o altă instanță.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
