Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la 29 mai 2013. Se mai referă că intimata P.A. a formulat întâmpinare la 20 mai 2013.

Petentul C.L.E. solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare, conform motivelor formulate în scris și prezentate verbal și depune concluzii scrise.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
