Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la 16 octombrie 2013. Se mai referă că petentul L.N.A.C. a depus note scrise, înregistrate la 17 mai 2013, iar intimata Universitatea L.B. a depus note scrise, înregistrate la 22 mai 2013.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
