Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la 6 iunie 2013.

Avocatul petenților solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare, conform motivelor formulate în scris și prezentate verbal.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
