S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul R.Gh.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul și intimații M.D. și R.B.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.N.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 3729/333/2012 al Judecătoriei Vaslui, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 18 martie 2014.

Procurorul de ședință solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare.
