S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul T.Gh.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petentul și intimații T.I., H.V., H.M., Comuna Botiza prin Primar.

Ministerul Public a fost reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Magistratul asistent a făcut referatul cauzei, arătând că procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 169/224/2012* al Judecătoriei Dragomirești, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 10 aprilie 2014.
