S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul N.I.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petentul și intimata Unitatea Administrativ-Teritorială - Municipiul Brăila prin Primar.

Ministerul Public a fost reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Magistratul asistent a făcut referatul cauzei, arătând că procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 45/44/2014 al Curții de Apel Galați, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 2 aprilie 2014.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public a solicitat respingerea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate verbal.
