S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul T.N.

La apelul nominal s-a prezentat petentul personal, lipsind intimații SC C.I. SA, BEJ B.C., BRD G.S.G.

Ministerul Public a fost reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Magistratul asistent a făcut referatul cauzei, arătând că procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 7026/231/2013 al Tribunalului Vrancea, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 13 martie 2014.
