S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții A.C. și A.M.

La apelul nominal s-au prezentat petentul A.C. personal și asistat, de avocat Z.D., lipsind petenta A.M. și intimata D.I.I. personal.

Ministerul Public a fost reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Magistratul asistent a făcut referatul cauzei, arătând că procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 57/46/2014 al Curții de Apel Pitești, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 25 martie 2014.
