S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul D.C.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petentul D.C., personal, lipsă fiind intimata Casa Județeană de Pensii Dâmbovița.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror A.B.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare are termen de judecată la data de 25 septembrie 2012.

Petentul solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare astfel cum a fost formulată în scris.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
