S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul P.M.

La apelul nominal s-a prezentat petentul prin avocat P.D., lipsind intimații S.A. și P.N.G.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la data de 1 august 2012.

Avocat P.D. solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris. Depune concluzii scrise și înscrisuri.
