Request for transfer of jurisdiction in civil case denied, proceedings remain with original district court

The dispute involved a procedural motion for the transfer of jurisdiction (strămutare) in a civil case, where the court noted that the case already had a hearing scheduled for the date of the request, and the Public Prosecutor’s representative argued for the dismissal of the transfer petition. The decisive legal basis was the procedural determination that the case did not meet the statutory requirements for transferring jurisdiction, leading to the final order keeping the proceedings at the originally assigned court.
