S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul A.N.

La apelul nominal s-a prezentat petentul personal și asistat de avocat P.S.M., lipsind intimații Prefectura județului Buzău prin prefect, V.M., Comisia locală Merei prin primar și A.A.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, la data de 23 mai 2012 dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost scos de pe rolul Judecătoriei Buzău.
